My name is Joe Cabral. I live in New Bedford, MA with my wife and kids. I am originally from Fall River, MA. I am a Gulf War veteran and served for 10 years in the United States Navy and now work as an engineer in a local manufacturing company.
I am a certified instructor with the NRA for The Basic Pistol Course and The Home Firearms Safety Course. I am also certified with the Massachusetts State Police as a pistol instructor.
